DEAR DIARY ;

Nothing beats wonderful companions!

Bringing to you the continued Part II version of the family outing, with photos.

Met up with the family at City Hall because apparently, the family is rather transport noob since they drive around. Took the shuttle bus (which cost 2bucks/non-air conditioned equipped with a rather naggy uncle) to Singapore flyer after a 20minutes wait.

I was expecting a long queue but to my greatest astonishment, there was no queue at all! So we had a rather fast "check in", and within minutes were on our way into the flyer already.

Here's our group photo :

We didn't had the whole capsule to ourselves but sharing with 6 others is definitely better than sharing with 11 others considering the fact that a capsule should take up to 28 people. :p

Initially, I was rather worried that the baby would be hollering inside the capsule because he could be frightened by the heights but I was so wrong. In fact, he was so brave that not only did he not cry, he walked around alone and pose for other peoples cameras. -.-

Since he just started walking, he was a little unstable. Fell quite a few times but stand up again on his own. I'm just so thankful that he can stand on his own because we wouldn't have to carry him all the time. Very heavy leh!

Occasionally he would also stand near the flyer door to look at the sceneries. I wonder what goes through his mind during all those moments. But personally, I felt very in awe at looking at how things are on a higher ground. They looked so different from when I am down. Like I could see further and a bigger picture of everything...feels like some philosophical lessons of life.

And as the flyer got higher and higher, we were just so dumbfounded by what we can see from above. I felt wowed again by the beauty of the sceneries even though its my second time up and I realize how different things could look like at different times of the day. ( the first time I went, it was around 7PM)

But we didn't forget to take pictures together as well.

It was truly a well spent time with the family and I'm now looking forward to more of such outings! :)

Going off to subscribe for MOBTV now. :)

End.
