DEAR DIARY ;

I just realized that I didn't upload this set of pictures that I have.

It was a surprise for my brother's 16th birthday! Got his a Fruit cheesecake (tasted delicious) from YOU ALL CAN TELL WHERE right? Haha!

While he was on the computer that night, I went to light the candles while Mom is in charge of switching off the light when I am near and we'll sing the birthday song together. Glad the surprise worked out well and I think my brother is really shocked...Hehe :p

You see! Told you he didn't expect a surprise already lo!

Took pictures together , and my brother and I had quite a time of acting retard, cool, stupid and then posing for the normal shots. We are huge fans of Stephen Chow Movies and we like to imitate a lot of his retarded moves from to movie to irritate everyone around us, especially our parents.

And sometimes, we create our own moves that is comical enough to make the family laugh and master the art of not laughing at ourselves :) We are the pro okay!

This is like something we would do lor! Super retarded and lame but oh well, that's entertainment okay! :) Not everyone would be as nice as us to entertain you all...

Occasionally we would have some pillow fights as well and when sometimes we are so amazed by our own chemistry with each other....like when we wake up in wee morning to say " Mommy, I'm hungry, can we order MACS? " ...even request for the same food lor! zzz. I really wonder if its our dinner or or stomach has worms.

And TADAH! we influenced our parents as well to take retarded and unglam pictures. While I am posting it here, Mom is trying to get me to post it in her facebook as well. But....IT IS JUST DIFFICULT TO CONVINCE ME OVER MSN. Maybe when she is back from the US and starts bugging again, then I'll do it.

For now, just look at www.memoriesofdeb.blogspot.com
:p:p:p

So yes, my brother is 16th already. O LEVEL O LEVEL O LEVEL~~
and all his DSA trips to JCs. :/:/

We are like all living to be educated sometimes.

DEAR DIARY ;

Nothing beats wonderful companions!

Bringing to you the continued Part II version of the family outing, with photos.

Met up with the family at City Hall because apparently, the family is rather transport noob since they drive around. Took the shuttle bus (which cost 2bucks/non-air conditioned equipped with a rather naggy uncle) to Singapore flyer after a 20minutes wait.

I was expecting a long queue but to my greatest astonishment, there was no queue at all! So we had a rather fast "check in", and within minutes were on our way into the flyer already.

Here's our group photo :

We didn't had the whole capsule to ourselves but sharing with 6 others is definitely better than sharing with 11 others considering the fact that a capsule should take up to 28 people. :p

Initially, I was rather worried that the baby would be hollering inside the capsule because he could be frightened by the heights but I was so wrong. In fact, he was so brave that not only did he not cry, he walked around alone and pose for other peoples cameras. -.-

Since he just started walking, he was a little unstable. Fell quite a few times but stand up again on his own. I'm just so thankful that he can stand on his own because we wouldn't have to carry him all the time. Very heavy leh!

Occasionally he would also stand near the flyer door to look at the sceneries. I wonder what goes through his mind during all those moments. But personally, I felt very in awe at looking at how things are on a higher ground. They looked so different from when I am down. Like I could see further and a bigger picture of everything...feels like some philosophical lessons of life.

And as the flyer got higher and higher, we were just so dumbfounded by what we can see from above. I felt wowed again by the beauty of the sceneries even though its my second time up and I realize how different things could look like at different times of the day. ( the first time I went, it was around 7PM)

But we didn't forget to take pictures together as well.

It was truly a well spent time with the family and I'm now looking forward to more of such outings! :)

Going off to subscribe for MOBTV now. :)

End.

DEAR DIARY ;

I have a love hate relationship with my Canon baby.

Like when I go goggle some cameras' websites online and find cameras that I like, I wished my Canon baby would somehow disappear somehow into thin air OR I can just buy some more and add on to my collection. Then, I would have a Digital Camera Collection at home! How much more awesome can it be!

But then again, when I realized that my Canon baby is working well and is able to take some really good shots. I really cannot bear to let it go away.

Whats more, Canon baby was with me to capture a lot of wonderful memories and events that I've been to. And you know the Chinese like to say : 無功也有勞, what more my Canon baby 有工也有勞.

While a part of me wants to get a DSLR, another part of me wants to get a new Digital Camera because its so slim and convenient to carry around...and especially useful to shoot unglamorous shots of the people.

And err.. I don't like camera phones. 5MP, 3.2MP, 8MP whatever. I still trust compact cameras.
